happy valentine's day!

dear love bug,

happy valentine's day!  you are so loved by so many and i hope you always remember that.  

we had a fun, low-key day celebrating how much we love you!

we had heart shaped pancakes for breakfast...

(first time with butter! -- special treat!) 

opened a few pink presents...

stickers are your new favorite toy... and you put them all over daddy's "butt" :)

more "tickers" :) 

and had a nice dinner at home. 

after you went to bed, daddy & i made a wonderful surf & turf dinner and relaxed on the couch.. just how we like our evenings together!
